Toasted American oak natural extract.

American oak has different biological elements such as tannins, lignins and various phenolic compounds. These compounds can influence the wine’s flavor profile, adding notes of vanilla, caramel and spice.

Drajauryl B is produced according to particular and rigorous methods from the natural treatment of the American oak heartwood only. It contains in high concentration and in powder form, the same active ingredients as the toasted wood from new barrels of the same origin. 

Useful during the vinification and aging phases, it helps develop the organoleptic characteristics of spirits.
